Advocates for survivors of sexual violence say victims will be silenced by a major cut to their funding.
ItÂ’s after funding was moved from Rape Crisis Network Ireland to Tusla, the Child and Family Agency.
RCNI says Tusla will only meet the needs of 1 in 5 survivors.
