The Taoiseach has called a cabinet meeting this morning ahead of a two-day summit in Brussels involving EU leaders.

European leaders are in talks with UK Prime Minister over Britain's renegotiation of its membership of the EU.

David Cameron says he's confident a deal can be agreed and that the British people will then have their say.
