Talks aimed at averting a strike at the National Ambulance Service are to take place today.
The strike, which is scheduled to take place next Wednesday, is over management's failure to deliver Labour Court recommendations on pay and compensation.
The industrial action will affect all grades of workers in the National Ambulance Service, however, if the strike goes ahead contingency measures will be put in place.
