Strike action at Aer Lingus -which had been due to take place next Monday and Wednesday by cabin crew - is being deferred.
The cabin crew strikes scheduled for next week have been called off, pending consideration of a Labour Court recommendation which will be issued tomorrow.
Trade union Impact said the cabin crew believed sufficient progress had been made to call off the strikes.
Management and officials from IMPACT had been meeting at the Labour Court since 10 o'clock this morning.
