The Tánaiste says Sinn Féin are more interested in looking after their republican friends than building a good republic.

Joan Burton today launched a scathing attack on opposition parties at the Labour party national conference in Mullingar.

She says her party has a fight on their hands in the next few weeks but she's relishing it.

The Tánaiste insisted that the work of the coalition had 'a clear Labour stamp' on it, citing cuts to the USC, increases to the minimum wage and social reforms like marriage equality.
