The Taoiseach's defended his decision to appoint a Gaeltacht minister who can't speak fluent Irish.
He says Joe McHugh (pictured) 'has the language inside him' - and that he'll take a refresher course to make sure his Irish is up to standard.
The new minister's standard of Irish was raised in the Dáil this lunchtime - with opposition leaders saying it was an insult to the people of the Gaeltacht.
