Enda Kenny says he is disappointed that Northern Ireland's new First Minister won't attend any events to mark the centenary of 1916.
The Taoiseach has congratulated DUP leader Arlene Foster on her official appointment as First Minister earlier today.
But he says he is disappointed that his new Northern counterpart has already ruled out attending events to mark the centenary of the Easter Rising.
He says the government's programme of events has been deliberately designed to allow inclusion of people from all communities:
