The Taoiseach has suggested that an independent inquiry could be carried out into the deaths of four infants at a hospital in Portlaoise.
Enda Kenny says HIQA could be asked to investigate following an internal report by the Department of Health.
The parents of one infant who died in the hospital will today lobby TDs for an independent review.
