The Taoiseach says a second emergency budget in the event of a no deal Brexit won't be needed.
The Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin said he believes there will need to be an emergency budget if there's a cliff edge Brexit.
It's after an ESRI report said there would be an almost 4 billion euro hole in the Irish budget in the worst case.
But Leo Varadkar says he doesn't believe a second budget will be needed, despite the report:
