The Taoiseach says we will not know if border controls will be reintroduced between the republic and the north until Britain lays out its EU exit plans.

Enda Kenny was speaking in Berlin after a meeting with Angela Merkel.

After the meeting the German Chancellor said she couldn't guarantee Ireland won't be adversely affected by Brexit.
