The Taoiseach says Ireland's unemployment rate is still "unacceptable" - despite new figures out today showing itÂ’s fallen to just over 12 per cent.
Enda Kenny was speaking at the launch of the latest Action Plan for Jobs - which hopes to attract an extra 10-thousand roles from abroad over the next five years.
