The coalition's setting up a working group to examine the issue of undocumented and migrant workers on fishing boats.

A year long investigation by the Guardian newspaper uncovered widespread abuse of migrants on Irish trawlers.

Among the issues identified were people being paid half the minimum wage and being deprived of sleep and food.
