The Revenue Commissioners collected almost 10 per cent more taxes last year compared with 2013.
Just over 41 billion euro was collected in 2014, making the 4th successive year on year increase in returns to the Exchequer.
All the main taxheads recorded growth - Income Tax was up 8.8 per cent - Corporation Tax up 8.1 per cent and Stamp Duty up 26 per cent.
In relation to the Local Property Tax, compliance rates of 96 per cent were achieved last year while this year a rate of 94 per cent has already been achieved.
