Lady Gaga performed 10 David Bowie hits during a tribute to the a man who she has described as her hero, who died earlier this year.

Taylor Swift became the first woman to win Album of the Year at the Grammys twice.

And the singer appeared to take a swipe at Kanye West during her acceptance speech.

It was Kendrick Lamar's night at the Grammys - winning five awards.

The 'Alright' rapper also gave a politically charged performance - coming onto the stage in chains and finishing with a map of Africa with the word "Compton" - his home city - in the middle.
