A Dublin TD says he believes people are right to breach injunctions - even if it means going to jail.
Socialist Party TD Paul Murphy was speaking after three people were given suspended sentences after being found guilty of contempt of court - when they breahed an injunction to stay 20 metres away from water metre installation works.
Damien O'Neill of Greenwood Park in Coolock, Paul Moore from Mount Olive Grove in Kilbarrack and Terence Sheridan of Kilbarron Park, Kilmore West were told to abide by the order.
