TDs have hit out at what they say is "censorship" - after their jumpers calling for an abortion referendum were cut out of TV pictures.
Three TDs have today worn black sweaters with the phrase "REPEAL", calling for a referendum on abortion.
But the slogans could not be clearly seen, as the Dáil's TV feed switched to a camera that only showed the TDs from the side.

A previous attempt by six TDs to wear the well-known sweaters met with ire from the Ceann Comhairle, who noted that political emblems in the house were banned.
One of the three TDs, Ruth Coppinger, says there's no reason to hide the slogans from the world:
