TDs Clare Daly and Mick Wallace say they won't be paying their fines after being found guilty of illegal entry to Shannon Airport.
Both Independent Dail Deputies were fined 2,000 euro at Ennis District Court earlier for what they described as a political statement at Shannon Airport last year.
Their defence was that they were trying to keep the peace, not breach it.
They'd told the court they shouldn't be jailed for exposing breaches of Ireland's Neutrality.
