The Dail has heard complaints that TDs are being stymied in trying to ask questions about the stalled IBRC inquiry.
Several TDs have tried to table Dáil questions about the Department of Finance's role in bringing the inquiry to a halt.
But all of the questions have been ruled out of order, because the Department of Finance is not responsible for the independent inquiry.
