The Minister for Sport says the Irish Soccer Team will receive a heroes welcome home after doing the nation proud at the Euros.
Shane Ross says he expects thousands of people to visit Ireland as a direct result of both the team's and supporter's behaviour throughout the tournament.
Minister Ross says the team will arrive back to Dublin tomorrow evening - where he expects they'll be greeted by hundreds of family and fans.
He says despite the result the country can hold its head high:

Hundreds of people attended the fanzone at Smithfield Square in Dublin this afternoon.
