It's emerged a man shot dead in the Australian city of Melbourne - after apparently making threats against the country's Prime Minister - was a known terror suspect.
The 18 year-old stabbed two police officers in the incident - which Tony Abbott's described as 'nasty'.
They're recovering in hospital.
Mr Abbott's made this statement overnight.
