A Dublin teenager has been found guilty of the murder of 16 year old Melanie McNamara who was shot dead while sitting in a car with her boyfriend and another man.
Daniel McDonnell of Brookview Lawns, Tallaght now faces life in prison for the killing on February 7th 2012.
The Central Criminal Court heard he bragged about the killing in graffiti and 2 letters which he wrote while in custody.
It's believed Melanie McNamara may not have been the intended target of the shooting.
