Met Eireann is predicting 'wall to wall sunshine' is on the way. Forecasters say that temperatures could reach the mid to high 20's on Monday and Tuesday.
Vincent O Shea says the weather at the moment is mixed but better conditions are expected in almost all parts of the country from tomorrow evening.
Mr O'Shea says on Saturday and Sunday we will have widespread sunshine with virtually all areas remainiing dry for the rest of the week.
He said "temperatures will be very impressive next week".
