A protest is to take place outside the Dail today calling for better protection for tenants in the rental market.
The demonstration is a reaction to the situation at a housing complex in Tyrrelstown in which a number of tenants have been informed they must either buy their property or move out.
The action group is calling on the new government to implement a protocol to help tenants facing eviction. They also want written assurance that they won't be evicted until they have found new accommodation.
