The Health Minister's hit back at doctors who have questioned their ability to see children under 12 for free.
An extension to the free GP scheme for under 12's was announced in today's Budget.
However, the Irish Medical Organisation says doctors don't have the capacity to extend the free GP scheme for children aged six to 11.
