Being asked to "touch base" is apparently the most annoying of all the office jargon.
The phrases "blue sky thinking" and "game changer" also feature in a list put together by the jobs site, Glassdoor.
One of the more bizarre sayings complained about was "if you don't like it, get off the bus".

Here is the full list... try not to get yourself into a rage while reading!
- Touch base
- Blue sky thinking
- We’re on a journey
- Game changer
- No-brainer
- Thought shower
- Run it up the flagpole (put it out there and see how things go)
- If you don’t like it, get off the bus
- Mission statement
- Pick it up and run with it
- Punch a puppy (which means to do something for the greater good)
- Let’s get our ducks in a row
And here are a few more we wanted to add to the list; 'going forward', 'low hanging fruit', 'bear with me', 'pushing the envelope', 'terra firma, 'reaching out', 'synergy', 'key performance indicators'.
We could go on and on!
