In the UK, thousands of people have lined the streets around Buckingham Palace to mark the Queen's 90th - on her official birthday.

Queen Elizabeth took part in the traditional Trooping the Colour, where she inspected the Household Division in a military parade.

The Field Officer in Brigade Waiting ended the annual ceremony in central London - with this message:
