Following the coldest winter since the 1980s - parts of the Mississippi river in the US have frozen over.
Temperatures have dropped to minus 21 degrees Celsius in Minneapolis, in the Midwest.
It's the third round of Arctic weather to hit the US - known as the polar vortex.
