A Dublin woman has told a jury of her horror when she found out that her late motherÂ’'s solicitor name was on the deeds to the family home.
Aideen Costigan is giving evidence in the trial of 47 year old ex lawyer Thomas Byrne of Mountjoy Square, who is on trial for fraud and the theft of 50 million euro.
He's accused of forging documents to make it look like he owned his client's properties in order to secure multiple bank loans.
