Dunnes Stores workers marched through Dublin today calling for contracts that offer more job security in the supermarket chain.
Today's action follows a one-day strike by workers in April, over low-hour contracts and the right collective bargaining.
The march attracted a range of trade unions, who held a rally outside the Dunnes Stores Headquarters on Georges Street in the city.
Proposed legislation on workers' rights to collective bargaining is due to be debated in the Dáil next week.
But Sinn Fein MEP Lynn Boylan, who took part in today's march, says workers need to be given strong contracts which recognise their regular working hours.
Today's march in Dublin city forms part of a wider campaign for decency at work.
