3 people have been questioned by Gardaí, after Revenue officers seized drugs worth nearly €300,000, during operations in Counties Tipperary, Cork and Donegal.

A 36 year old man was arrested, after 10,000 ecstasy tablets were seized during a raid on a house in Cahir, Co Tipperary yesterday.

In Mitchelstown Co Cork, a 19 year old woman was arrested when another consignment of 10,000 ecastasy tablets was found, yesterday.

And a 20 year old man was arrested after 3,000 Diazepam pills were seized in a house in Ballyshannon, Co Donegal on Wednesday.
