Gardaí have seized drugs worth almost three quarters of a million euro and arrested three people in an operation in Dublin.

Gardaí carried out a number of searches in Walkinstown, and during the course of the first search of a house, they seized suspected Cocaine with a street value of approximately 70,000 euro.

A 25 year old man and an 18 year old woman were arrested at the scene.

During the course of a second search at a house in Walkinstown, Gardaí recovered cocaine with an approximate street value of 430,000 euro, and Ecstasy with a street value of 5,000 euro.

Zopiclone - sleeping tablets - with a street value of 220,000 euro were also recovered.

A 47 year old man was arrested at the scene.
