Another humid day ahead with thundery downpours being forecast for parts of the west coast.
Temperatures will remain high however with the east coast expected to enjoy highs of 27 degrees today, unusual for this time of the year.
And the good spell will be short-lived, from Saturday on it will be a little cooler.
