The top Republican politician in Washington DC says he will no longer defend or campaign for Donald Trump.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives Paul Ryan hasn't officially withdrawn his support.
But it's reported he's told Republican politicians they can cut ties with Trump's campaign for the Presidency.
A spokesperson for Mr Ryan says he wants to concentrate on keeping his party's majority in the US Houses of Congress.
