Tough new measures to stop Russian aggression in Ukraine are due to be unveiled by NATO.

A ceasefire is expected to be announced between Ukranian forces and pro-Russian rebels, amid fresh clashes in the ongoing conflict.

A new NATO rapid response force has also just been announced which could deploy thousands of troops at short notice.
