A British man - who helped tie up a gunman who opened fire on a high-speed train in France on Friday - will be presented with France's top honour for bravery.

IT expert Chris Norman will receive the Legion d'Honneur from French president Francois Hollande alongside three Americans who subdued the 26 year-old suspect.

Spencer Stone, Alek Skarlatos and Anthony Sadler have received particular praise.
