Irish Ferries have cancelled sailings from Dublin to Holyhead this morning because of the bad weather.
Sailings to and from Rosslare are also disrupted.
Irish Rail says Intercity services have delays of up to an hour, and DART and commuter trains have 20 minute delays.
Dublin and Shannon Airports are both operating normally this morning, although passengers are advised to check with their airline in case of any changes.
