A trespass injunction is expected to be sought by a Bank of Ireland appointed receiver at the High Court this morning, against Brian O'Donnell and his wife.
The solicitor yesterday failed to leave his South Dublin home, despite the passing of a deadline to do so.
The couple have effectively barricaded themselves into their home at Gorse Hill on Killiney's Vico Road since Monday morning.
On Tuesday, their adult children had an injunction to stop the repossession of the Killiney home rejected by the High Court.
The matter will be heard again this morning.
