The trial has been set for two former Anglo executives over an alleged fraudulent loan of over 8 million euro.
Former finance director William McAteer, from Greenrath, Tipperary Road, Tipperary, who is 64, is accused of fraudulently obtaining a loan from Anglo Irish Bank to pay off a personal loan with Bank of Ireland in September 2008.
52 year old Pat Whelan, from Coast Road, Malahide in Dublin, former director of lending at Anglo, is accused of being a party to the same loan.
The four week trial is set to start on 16th January 2017.
