US President Donald Trump is expected to sign a revised travel ban order later today.
The previous order included a ban on all refugees from seven mainly Muslim countries which sparked worldwide protests and was challenged in court.
It's understood today's decree will remove Iraq from the banned list, given their key role in fighting ISIS.
It comes as the US Justice Department has been asked to publicly refute claims by President Trump that Barack Obama tapped his phones in the run up to the election.
