Turkey is to hand over the body of a Russian pilot who was shot down by the Turkish airforce to the authorities in Moscow.
Turkey's Prime Minister says rebel Turkmen fighters in Syria handed over the pilot's remains to Turkish officials last night.
The airman was shot by Turkmen fighters after he parachuted from his jet.
The move comes as Russia's President Vladimir Putin announced new economic sanctions against Turkey in response to the incident.
Turkey says the measures will only 'deepen' problems between the two countries.
