The death toll from last night's bomb attack at a wedding in Turkey has risen to 50.

The bombing targetted wedding guests as they celebrated on the streets of Gaziantep, near the border with Syria.

The Turkish government says a suicide bomber set of the blast, which also wounded at least 94 people.

Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan says he believes Islamic State carried out the attack.
