Tusla is reviewing the case of a 19 year old allegedly left in a foster home, despite allegations of sexual abuse about a carer.
Two other foster children were reportedly removed from the home in the Cork Kerry area, but a 19 year old with intellectual difficulties was left there for some months.
The Child and family agency says it's aware of the case, but there was no allegation of abuse about the teenager or any other child placed in the house.
Tusla says the carers are no longer providing foster care, and it is now reviewing the case, along with the HSE.
