Two people have been arrested by Gardai investigating a series of armed robberies in Dublin.
Following an intelligence led operation a 44 year old man and a 21 year old woman were detained by officers in the Aungier St area of the capital this evening.
A firearm was also seized by Gardai.
Both are being held at Pearse Street Garda Station.
