Two men have died following seperate road accidents in Cork.
In the first incident, a man in his 80s, the driver and sole occupant of the car, was fatally injured a crash at Ballinagoul in Knockraha at around 2.30 yesterday afternoon.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was taken to Cork University Hospital for a post mortem examination.
Seperately, a 51 year old man died after his car went out of control, crashed through a railing and landed on another car in The Glen on the North side of Cork City last night.
He was rushed by ambulance to Cork University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Anyone who may have witnessed either incident, is asked to contact gardaí in Cork.
