Two men have been arrested over the murder of Kenneth O'Brien.
Detectives have been looking for the 33-year-old's killers since his torso was found in a suitcase in the Grand Canal in Kildare last month.
Mr O'Brien from Ballyfermot in Dublin had been shot in the head before his body was dismembered.
The two men, in their mid 30s and mid 50s, were arrested this morning and are being held at Leixlip and Naas Garda Stations.
