Two lorry drivers have been remanded in custody following the discovery of a shipping container at Tilbury Docks in Essex in the UK with 35 Afghans inside.
Timothy Murphy, who's 33, and 34 year-old Stephen McLaughlin - both from Derry - have appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court in Essex.
They're charged with conspiring to facilitate illegal entry into the UK.
One of the 35 Afghans died while inside the container.
