Two men aged intheir early twenties have been killed in a road accident in County Tyrone.

The car crashed though two gardens before ending up on its side on the Old Coagh Road in Cookstown.

The crash happened at around 4am this morning - no other vehicle was involved.

The road was closed for a time but has since reopened.

The PSNI have appealed for anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them.
