Two motorcyclists have died and a third is seriously injured after three separate accidents on our country's roads.
In Cork, a man in his 20s suffered fatal injuries when his motorcycle collided with a car on the Drimoleague to Skibbereen Road, outside of Skibbereen at around 4pm yesterday afternoon.
The driver of the car suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to Cork University Hospital.
Meanwhile, a woman who suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle crash in County Westmeath on Monday has died.
That crash happened on the Athlone to Mullingar road at Drumraney.
The woman - named locally as 39-year-old Jhone Cunnane - passed away in Beaumont hospital yesterday.
While in County Cavan, a male motorcyclist is in a critical condition after he collided with an MPV on the N3 at Annagh at around 7pm yesterday.
He's been taken to Cavan General Hospital.
