Consumer group Which? has rated two Factor 30 products - one from the Boots Soltan range and one from Hawaiian Tropic - as don't buy, after tests showed them to be only two thirds as effective as they should be.
Boots and Hawaiian Tropic both insist their products comply with regulations.
