Ukraine's acting President is accusing Russia of waging war against his country - and has given pro-Russian separatists a deadline of 6.00am tomorrow morning to give up their weapons.
Oleksandr Turchynov claims gunmen who've seized a series of strategic buildings in eastern Ukraine have Moscow's backing.
At least two people have been killed.
Mr Turchynov has ordered an anti-terrorist operation in response - he said he would not allow a repetition of what happened in Crimea which was annexed by Russia last month.
Earlier, Nato's secretary general voiced concern at events in the region.
US ambassador to the UN, Samantha Power, also thinks Moscow is involved.
